Summer Camp

We went to summer camp a few weeks and had a lot of hard-earned fun. Billy was so busy with his duties that he almost never came to our cabin until 10:30 each night. This was a 3-6th grade camp, but they encourange you children to come as precampers, so there were lots of kids for Jacob to play with and he had a blast. We did end up missing breakfast almost every morning because the bell never woke us up, but we had a helper in the kitchen who helped us out a lot (Eva). We really enjoyed ourselves and best of all the weather was like Oregon! It was cool and everyone needed their jackets! That part was really nice for me. We have a lot of sleep to catch up on, but it was worth it. We were able to get to know a lot of the kids from our church and now it is a good way to get to know their parents as well. I am already looking foreward to camp next year.

We Got a Pool Ya'll!

That is our big news, so whenever you want to come on through to visit us you can cool off with us. The pool in 12 feet in diameter and 3 feet deep. It is not huge, and you can't swim laps, but it will do a great job of cooling you off on a hot day. Yay for pools! By the way, this is our actual pool in our actual back yard! I love it!
